Rephrased - there is no concrete evidence showing how matter gives rise to awareness. Science provides correlates but no evidence of the cause. While doing that it assumes the cause is rooted in the mechanisms of the brain itself. Assumptions aren't science. They are belief - on par with religion.
I'm talking about the Theory portion of science. Not the fact based portion of science. You can ignore that if you want to also. Common understanding (based on science) says awareness resides in the brain. It has no proof of this. Show me the proof or your argument falls flat.
