I worked up to it. Started at a2.8 pace and a 2 incline. As I lost weight and my endurance got better, I increased both. My short legs are maxed out at 3.2. LOL
I walk 15 min at a 3.2 pace and 8.5 incline AND I hold on! 🤣
AWESOME job! Keep it up! I'm currently stuck at 180#, which is down approx 75# lost so far. BUT, I've been helping my husband with settling his mother's estate after her recent passing. This means fewer gym days, poor sleep, and poor meals for the past 6 weeks. No weight gain, but none lost 🫤

End of life care is SO exhausting for family members. My MIL passed on Saturday morning. She had been sick for years, but the end was relatively quick. I am SO grateful I was able to spend her last days helping to care for her. She is at peace & no longer in pain. ❤️ RIP Rosalie
I'm happy to be here to comfort here during this time. She has meant the world to me, during a time when I had a strained relationship with my own mother. Yet, I feel helpless watching her struggle with these memories. Soon, I know she will find her peace. Rest easy, Rosalie. I love you! ❤️💔❤️💔❤️
It's 2:30am, and I sit here caring for my mother-in-law, who is in her final days. I'm saddened to watch the woman I have admired for nearly 40 years struggle in her own mind. Flipping through seemingly meanless memories, calling out for her daughter, who passed away over 2 yrs ago.
