Now we don’t have a CDC. Just RFK doing whatever comes into his evil, addled mind. He and trump have the disease of this age: Addled, ignorant, diseased minds that somehow, in addition to their incompetence and love of conspiracy have ill intent in their hearts toward the American people.
We have to go the Gavin route. He’s famous for his trolling, which is effective, but less well reported is his fighting fire with fire and getting dirty mentality. We’re going to have to get dirty to fight off and end this administration. Polite requests aren’t going to get it done.
Minnesota, take action against GUNS. Create an example the nation can eventually follow. Serious action to address gun violence is limiting guns. Anything else is just thoughts and prayers.
They are, yet the tone of so many newscasts is so over the top and full of fake drama (while failing to hold the administration accountable). ABC News is like some satiric parody newscast with ridiculous vernacular that cuts words and uses present tense for past events.
It should have ended with cofveve. It’s not just that it shows a… not fit mind, but it shows an utter careless which is disqualifying for a president. Throw it on the stack of ‘should have ended there’ moments.

What is genius about the Newsome bit is that he recontextualizes trump’s behavior. Trump benefits from a psychological phenomenon wherein a type of large scale numbing to his behavior takes place with the right and media normalizing him. But if anyone else acts like that it’s jarring and ridiculous.
I mean, pretty much. And he’s not even doing a good job of masquerading. Narcissists are missing empathy, joy, accountability and ability to learn through mistakes. That’s a big hole I’m a normal human personality. That people can’t sense this and instinctively reject trump will always confound me.
Know your customer base. (Proof that there are a lot of good, empathetic people in this country.)

I’m not a conspiracy guy. But in this case there’s so many odd, inexplicable things. And the lips are so tight. That includes journalists and writers. On the other hand, two people plus the shooter were killed. There is so much to faking something like this that it seems implausible it was staged.
This is a serious accusation. And totally true. Completely compromised. Make no attempt to make legal arguments. Ignore precedent. Abuse ‘emergency’ rulings so they don’t have to explain inexplicable rulings to the American people. Have a bad faith legal approach. Disdain the America people.

Interesting question. He created a crazy simple, original, highly marketable style. But it was utterly repeatable and imitable. Great artists create something only they can do effectively. A Sargent is a Sargent. A DaVinci is a DaVinci. Millions at any moment could do a completely plausible Haring.
Here’s an idea when we have a functioning government again: Let’s create a joint wildfire agreement with Canada wherein we agree to help each other with our fires and pool money to create a new, large firefighting force with lots of planes. Because these fires are not going away.

I agree 100% Sad to see NAW go, but I think we felt OK with it because he wasn’t that useful in the playoffs and yet his $ got too high. Beringer is a good looking Gobert replacement in the future. Gobert is slowly getting outmoded and Ber is more mobile. Wish KAT well but we didn’t miss him much.
It means states but particularly counties and cities will have to slash services and jobs in order to fill the void on essentials. This is so different than how we have operated that no budget will be close. It’s going to throw state and local government into chaos and skyrocket local taxes.
The ugly, bloated bill is a two part grift. First it saves us nothing but strips so much while skyrocketing the debt. Second, what the feds are now refusing to pay falls onto state and local governments. This means job losses, nearly all state and local governments having budget problems.
I say we start camping out at the Supreme Court, a constant vigil, until they at least start TRYING to make any legal arguments in majority decisions, and start recognizing precedent like an actual court.

They don’t even make up the law. They make no effort to form a legal argument of any kind. It’s the worst legal corruption this country has ever seen. But it is true, making up the law, or making no attempt at a legal argument isn’t their job. Interpreting the law within the constitution is.
