Well, when they had 60 votes(just barely (franken/colmean), we got Obamacare (crappy because of a another traitorous dem Liberman) and that was the last time the Dems had enough of a Majority to do anything. With only a one or two vote majority you weaponize one or two senators to stop everythinng.
