I spent 2 summers working w/ an elderly agriculturalist who spent his whole life introducing medicinal plants to villagers in Ethiopia, & watched some episodes of Man Vs. Wild with the team. He couldn't stop laughing, thought the whole thing was a troll. He kept saying "He's gonna die doing that!"

Blocking access in the easement, etc. Then it says the owner is free to "use and enjoy" the easement land, but can't block access. That got me thinking, what would it look like for me to enjoy my yard? Even a 10' wide strip along the back of the property? What if I *enjoyed* that grass and fence?

I'm working on plans for a development in Frankfort, KY, and the property owner has to sign a certification that they'll respect utility easements on their property, i.e. the portions of private property that have public utilities in them. No digging without locating utilities, no buildings

You mention Galatians 5:14. As a Christian for nearly 4 decades, it was pointed out to me only very recently that the verse doesn't say "love your neighbor as you love yourself", but "love your neighbor *as* yourself"—My neighbor is me. How could I not love my neighbor?
