Well I have one in 40R that I made custom through Suitsupply. It, admittedly, was a few years ago. Similar styling, except slightly wider lapel and double vent. I wear a 42 now, but it still fits. I can send pics if you are interested.
Ventless back is weird. You can get a full custom suit with basically the same fabric for the price of the jacket.
