Looks different from the one I have and I don't see this cover art related to the 12 inch release on Discogs. Hamster wheel is so fitting!
Music discourse happens here. Sharing of tracks and albums that matter. All genres and a lot of electronic music- brand new 300 issue 12"s and 90s classics. Enough with the world ending, stomach turning endless cacophony of despair. Music heals.

Such a classic! And good to see some Yello love, it takes a bit of courage with the music snobs, as Yello often commit the crime of putting too much fun into their tracks.

I believe I watched the last Predator movie with a friend a few years ago, because we watched the original together when it came out. It was a shite fest, even going in with no expectations. Partly hilarious because of how terrible it was.

Cool. Also never saw this compilation. They used to play such an important role in providing a view into tangential artists and releases. My main gripe though was that most comps felt like 80% filler. Distributors and labels knew exactly what they were doing.

Colleagues husband apparently does this. Tried to be diplomatic about it. The argument from him is that the art is in the prompt. Mine is, that it sounds a lot like just telling something to do something. Removed from playing, but based on other people's works. I hate it so much. Idiocy.

Absolutely. Would have loved for them to expand the scene with the neo royals on the 65th floor a bit. Let us in the room and listen to some of their deranged dialogues. Maybe through the eyes of the Xenomorph. They missed an opportunity to let the aftermath hit in an even more satisfying way.

Is this rage bait? Biggest fallacy of humanity. We are nothing as a species without others. Interacting with the other makes us human, makes us wiser on ourselves. There would have been no languages, communities, societies. art, science. Even animals know this. Age of enshitification trope.

I wholeheartedly agree on supporting artists. Incredible collection, and I have an inkling it's high quality. I'm listening to the latest Dopplereffekt right now and I simply would not hear a lot of it's glory and nuances on a €1000 system. I buy mostly used gear because I'm a nurse.

Don't be the guy with 5000 records and a €1000 system. Sell a few and upgrade a bit- enjoy the music as the artists intended! But especially don't be the guy with a €1.000.000 system and three high end turntables and a massive collection of new records you never listen to because you mostly stream.
