Cool. Also never saw this compilation. They used to play such an important role in providing a view into tangential artists and releases. My main gripe though was that most comps felt like 80% filler. Distributors and labels knew exactly what they were doing.

That's how I feel about Alien Earth. What a great show that is compared to the last movie. A solid 5 out of 10 stars, and enough to have me enjoy it immensely.

I wholeheartedly agree on supporting artists. Incredible collection, and I have an inkling it's high quality. I'm listening to the latest Dopplereffekt right now and I simply would not hear a lot of it's glory and nuances on a €1000 system. I buy mostly used gear because I'm a nurse.
Don't be the guy with 5000 records and a €1000 system. Sell a few and upgrade a bit- enjoy the music as the artists intended! But especially don't be the guy with a €1.000.000 system and three high end turntables and a massive collection of new records you never listen to because you mostly stream.
