I have a lot of complaints about Irving Park Road because I live near it and the alders say they can't do anything because it's IDOT. IDOT is my biggest nemesis and they don't even know it.
Also let it be known that I submitted a 311 request for these in addition to complaining into the ether but 1. The estimated repair time is FIFTY DAYS and 2. Getting them repaired isn't really the point.

(2/3) I frequently see parking violations that pose a direct threat to pedestrian, cyclist, and driver safety but I do not feel confident that CPD will handle it quickly and effectively, so refrain from calling.

It may be that some folks have someone in their neighborhood with a documented medical electricity need. My sister was on oxygen when she was very ill as a child and our power didn't go out for years because ComEd would prioritize our block in an emergency.
