I'm at an age when I would pay someone to do my apt hunting. Great credit, salary, & tenant, abysmal energy level! Not in a hurry but I may need to be closer to work. Not willing to give up sq footage, prefer 2BR & need a real kitchen. I love where I live but 1.5 hrs ea way is not sustainable.
The Bay Area went from being kind of gross and muggy to bone dry and hot. But we still have the most forgiving weather in the US, so I count myself lucky. Some AC in these buildings would be nice though.
