Yes. It was necessary, it was the right thing to do, it 100% should have happened, but also it’s good for kids to leave the house and interact with other kids, and parents need to be able to work. It doesn’t make you someone who hates your kids to recognize those things.

This makes sense to me, but doesn't the success of the particular combination likely depend on characteristics of the district - east-coast suburban vs. rural western vs. rust belt, etc.? In other words, there isn't necessarily a single formula that would be the best.
