Here's the video Trump just posted to Truth Social, with the claim that 11 people aboard the boat were killed. There is zero evidence of self-defense here. Looks like a massacre of civilians at sea. Even if they had drugs aboard, that's not a capital offense.
If they can murder 11 people by having the navy blow up a boat because they claim the people on board were suspected of a crime, they can murder any number of Americans domestically by having the army blow up their houses after claiming the inhabitants were suspected of a crime.
Should be said they want the spectacle of murder, which is what they want to bring home to the US, but they feel like they can’t do it just yet

I dunno man, from what we’ve seen he doesn’t look great and he hasn’t “presided” over anything in a way that we’re accustomed to for him. He’s invariably lost a step, and there could well be more going on.
Maybe these are all just unluckily unflattering photos. You know, that just happen to capture him with his mouth hanging open and staring vacantly at nothing in particular.
So far we know that he can walk a few feet from the WH (with his mouth agape) to get into a vehicle- stand for a photo op with medical personnel (caddies?) in the background, and drive a golf cart. None of this makes me believe that he is "okay".
