This pool has a kiddie pool, an olympic size pool, and a 15 foot deep diving pool with a 3- story diving pad. Chicago has an excellent park system. In my area alone there are 7 outdoor pools and 5 indoor pools within a 4 mile radius.
Spent the whole day at the neighborhood pool. Quiet, peaceful, just Chicagoans enjoy the holiday. Chicago does not need federal intervention. They will disturb the peace, not prevent it

In Chicago, if you need assistance or help, you can walk up to pretty much anybody and ask them for help and they will assist you. It's just how we are. We say hello, we talk on the bus, or in line at the store, etc Chicago is a city of neighborhoods.
Where do your kids live? Most blocks have permit parking for residents and their guests.
The building is ok but the signage is revolting.
Chicago has never been a mess. Never. Ive lived here for 66 years.
And several block parties happening in all 77 neighborhoods on weekends.
Next time you come here, take a ride on the Blue Line to really see the neighborhoods. It's a beautiful way to experience the city from the elevated tracks.
