I do my own laundry because I am an adult. I do every step: I wash it, I dry it, and I leave it in the dryer until I wear it. This might just be because I hate myself too much to ever marry and burden another person with myself, but if I did not do my own laundry I would hate myself even more.

I don’t think that I have any symptoms of those, but you could be onto something! My sister has bipolar so it runs in the family, and I know that can affect how people respond to SSRIs. I am also a voracious reader of books, as well as a regular listener of audiobooks. I do not *personally* find the experience to be the same for me. I do not retain audio information nearly as well as read information. I choose to read books that I wish to learn from, I listen for just entertainment
