Just tried watching Ezra Klein’s latest NYT podcast episode on how the U.S. got to this point where vaccines are so politicized. It’s pretty clear that Klein and his guests—David Wallace Wells and Rachael Bedard—really do not understand why/how the political right turned on vaccines.

Elie Mystal is correct that we need to significantly expand SCOTUS. Not to 13, but add 20 judges. Keep adding judges so court cases depend on the law and quality of arguments, not tailored to purchased SCOTUS. Also need to make SCOTUS as accountable as Federal Judges.
It is up to us to push for Democrats in the primaries who will in turn push for consequences in both 2026 and 2028. Neither Nixon or Reagan were convicted, but many of their staff were. Neither Obama or Biden made sure that a clear message regarding consequences for staff actions were sent.

Whether the US wants to admit it or not, we've just become unstable with regards to international business because of these constantly changing tariffs. They are already looking elsewhere for more stable trade. Much isn't going to come back to the US.
If it wasn't for Ukraine, why should any country bother to negotiate tariffs with Trump period? It has been repeated demonstrated as bad faith negotiations with Trump, so simply announce their tariffs will match the US's. Stop engaging him period.
