There actually have been women mass shooters, even though they are quite rare. One famous case is Laurie Dann, who killed one boy and wounded four other children in Winnetka, Illinois in 1987.
No one is attacking private prayer. The problem is treating it as a substitute for action while in office, leaving solutions to divine intervention instead of doing your job. Kids being shot in a church isn’t God "working in mysterious ways" — it’s a failure of policy.
