Airline cockpit crews all used to have a Pilot, Co-Pilot, and Navigator. All those instruments and dials and radios in the cockpit were for manual navigation, and all pilots are trained in it. Except for Loran-C, that gear is still there. Why couldn't they proceed to their destination?

Typically, tariffs at this scale are toxic for an economy. It's highly probable they're abandoned when those results set in. But even if they're not, tariffs change buying habits. And if imports stop because people don't/can't buy stuff with high tariffs, the Treasury doesn't get the income.
Trump is an idiot. Reality: Poor countries are exploited by rich countries since Colonialism. We buy their cheap goods and sell our expensive ones. We exploit them for their cheap goods and labor. They can't afford as much of our expensive ones. And Trump thinks this is bad... for us?

Trump thinks tariffs are magically found money for the Treasury, won't change purchasing habits, affect the GDP, disrupt supply chains, or hurt domestic manufacturers, and will somehow spur investment. Wrong, wrong, wrong, wrong, and EFFING wrong! Spectacular stupidity on a cosmic scale.

There are other pictures of him in that jacket, and it's not a collar on the jacket. I have a lot of collared shirts, and none of the collars are big enough to flounce out of a jacket like that. It looks at the very least like a rolled-up towel around his neck, unless it's something else.

"Malfeasance IN OFFICE" means you can literally shoot someone on Fifth Avenue as long as it has nothing to do with the office you hold. OTOH, buying $100 million in bonds of companies likely to be affected by your actions, as Trump has done, IS CAUSE! Totally corrupt!
