Next time you see someone who is bright, cheerful, optimistic, enthusiastic...maybe a little over the top, respect the mask. An anonymous gesture is HUGE! A cup of coffee, a cold bottle of water on a hot day, a flower....anything small but sincere. But don't ask them to remove the mask.
It took me a half hour to compose myself, to dry my face, unflinching my fists, and put my mask back on. It didn't quite sit comfortably the rest of the day though. Im just barely keeping it together.👇

A few years ago, and prior to Trump 2, California passed a new law (EVs i think). Because many states adopted California's regulation, those states also, automatically, adopted the regulation. The concept of extra federal powers is interesting. No reason states cant form conventions.

Driver's Ed, learner's permit, restricted license, insurance, a whole code section devoted to acceptable behavior, seatbelts, crumple zones, anti-lock brakes, airbags....to drive. Not even an intentionally lethal weapon.
Any party/movement that sneeringly dismisses very legitimate concerns of LGBTQ+ people shouldn’t be taken seriously.
