Yes apparently there were anomalies with ballots in every capitol in every swing state which makes me believe that there was genuine tampering. I think in order to make sure the next elections are legitimate the Dems need to insist on hand counted ballots in every state.

I think there was a twofold guidance for this: it was about staying clean because hygiene was a huge issue. The larger issue was about procreation because if you are having anal sex, you aren't begetting the next generation. Then people took it as law (cherry picking it) instead of as a guidance.
