Great question! Right now it's weight loss (about 5lbs) and lower blood sugar overall. These meals don't cause spikes...but my numbers are still high. I'd like to be in T2DB remission. FWIW I think some of my meals are plainly 'Keto' but I want to fool myself into thinking i'm not that strict.
