I have a strange take on patriotism. Live in the country, pay your taxes, follow the law, and try to make it a better place. Painting roundabouts doesn't fill me with a sense of pride. First, it's vandalism, and secondly, your local council has to pay to remove it. Churchill would not approve.

I can almost guarantee that the people who push this nonsense, in their safe spaces, also tout eugenics. Translated - Women must breed copiously but only the right ones, and I get to choose who that is.

The entire political establishment is running scared of Farage. The Torys spent their time in power trying to appease Farageites, which led to Brexit and their implosion. Why would Labour follow this path? And why are the media so enthralled with the snake oil salesman who represents so few?

There is a reason that police only release very vague details before a case is tried. Because if a case is tried in the media and a suspect is shown to be overwhelmingly guilty, an actual fair trial becomes impossible. So, a guilty person could walk free as a result. Not clever.

I suspect the deal is she stays in a minimum security prison until near the end of Trump's term. The political fallout of her pardon won't matter then. Little does she realise he's going for a 3rd term, by comparison, the Epstein files will be a small matter. Accident time for her!

I don't understand the loyalty of his inner circle. Everyone who is close to Trump gets burned. It's a minute in the spotlight and a career and reputation destroyed. He never protects them once they are no longer useful. And yet they line up for their chance to bask in his glory (briefly).
