3. Virginia Elections for Governor & legislature in VA this fall. Strong Dem showing in VA & other elections/special elections will result in many Republicans rediscovering their spines in lead up to midterms.
I think a few things are happening. 1. Trump’s demise means the end of his cult of personality. 2. Many in Trump’s base don’t like Vance. He will never fill Trump’s baggy suits. Lack of enthusiasm & engagement will hurt MAGA & Red Hat turnout on Election Day.
