There was a lot in the article that took additional research, like as to WTF Louisville was even mentioned. That background would have helped be less misleading. That being said, I still hate Vance anyway and the river really didn’t need to be raised.

Well, here’s the deal, now that it hit local news all too late: Louisville was mentioned because the ACE is the Louisville district. The article made it sound like they plugged up the Ohio river at Louisville. What actually happened was a reservoir was opened near Caesars Creek.
If that’s what you choose to believe. Louisville is 2+ hours away. Caesars Creek is at least an hour north. If you really think they are going to mess with close to 300 miles of waterways to raise a small river for a mile or 2, there’s a crack wagon I can point you to.
It was raining every single day prior. Water levels were not low. The screenshot says Louisville? Caesars Creek is almost an hour north from where he was? The Little Miami dumps into the Ohio River. None of this makes sense and I don’t even care for the guy. Critical thinking, please.
