I remember early November 2023. I think I was the first person on US mainstream media, while at MSNBC/Peacock, to say the G-word on TV. On my show. It was seen as hugely controversial then. It's controversial no longer. It's undeniable, irrefutable, the consensus view.

FTR, ORU is historically OK at basketball. The school has made seven NCAA Tournament appearances, reaching the Elite Eight in 1974 (lost to Kansas in OT), and, more recently, the Sweet 16 in 2021. KU head Bill Self coached ORU in the mid 1990s. ORU upset Self's Jayhawks at AFH 78-71 in 2006.

In my world, that means, assuming they're elected, if they reach the age of 75 after their midterm, they are disqualified from running for re-election, but will be allowed to finish out their term assuming they pass annual health examinations.
If it says anything, if we already have an age restriction for someone to run for POTUS (35), then we need one for how long that individual can serve. 75 should be the cutoff--which disqualifies two past POTUS candidates I have supported: Bernie Sanders (82) and Elizabeth Warren (76).
