I was recently thinking about the fact that when I was a kid, my mom would put a piece of white bread in with freshly baked cookies to keep them soft and I wondered if anyone else does that. She'd also put a bunch of butter on the heel of a loaf and use that to butter corn on the cob.

There's a warranty extension on the entertainment system. It just randomly... stops working. Literally goes dark. I'll be glad when manufacturers go back to knobs and dials. I don't like having to "read" the screen to turn the fan down or whatever
That's what I drive. For some reason I'm not emotionally attached to it, but it has been reliable. I paid way too much for it two years ago when inventory was really low (low enough that my choices were blue and red).
