Honestly, I read the Japanese for whatโs going on in Japan for the most part. the U.S. coverage I do read is usually basic or from the associated press. When Abe was in charge, there was a shift in new coverage and they veered to what the government would have liked, if that tells you anything.

The average was about $60 for a full game experience. The industry as a whole bumped it up to $70 a couple years ago, and then Nintendo comes in and is like โnope! $80โ. And when that happens, they flood gates open.. I hate it.
I honestly couldnโt believe How much fun I was having playing the multiplayer mode. Iโd consider buying the game, but not at $70. ๐ nope, nope, nope!
Speaking of Mario kart. The new sonic racing game had an open test period last weekend before the game comes out. That was hella fun! Omg! So good! Very Mario kart like. I played the multiplayer for like 3 hours yesterday. Chaotic but fun!
My PS journey started a few years ago. Been gaming since I was a little kid, but stopped in college. Afterwards, I planned to get a GameCube and my buddy talked me out of it and I got a PS2, and loved it. So Iโve missed out a on a lot of Nintendo games, but donโt feel any fomo at all.
I love Nintendo, but there overpricing of their games pisses me off! โWe feel our games should be $80 nowโJust because? I might get the switch 2 someday, but Iโm mainly a PlayStation guy nowadays and the last few years.

So i recently attended the Osaka Japan international expo. Think of Disneyland but instead each attraction was representation of a country itself. I went to Pakistan, the Netherlands, Singapore (where I used to live), and many others. My focus will be on what the U.S. had to offer. (1/9)

Kyoto is very small but nice. I was just there to visit the Nintendo museum. It was awesome! Iโve been to roppongi a couple times when I was a youngster. It was fun, but crowded at the time. Probably not my vibe nowadays.

Itโs been alright. There are ups and downs to living anywhere really. I do miss seeing more of a variety of styles and attitudes and ethnicities, but there are also a lot of good people here. And they arenโt good because theyโre worried about going to hell. ๐ Itโs just the right thing to do.

As an American itโs interesting how they seem to view themselves and present themselves. The cookie cutter American dream-ish thing was surreal to watch and whole production would have made more sense if it wasnโt from this administration. Instead I left confused at the togetherness theme. (8/9)
Once outside, we was a performance byโฆ โDJ knockersโ out of Miami. I ordered an overpriced hamburger and watched some his set as I waited. It was fine I guess. The burger is actually decent and thatโs where I ended my journey of the U.S. pavilion. (7/9)
The last room simulated inside of a rocket ship, countdown and song climax. Have to admit the production with what they were going for as on point. As an American knowing how things are now, itโs gave me very mixed feelings. Like they hijacked this idea, from the former administration. (6/9)
After that we continued down an other hall while following spark with videos playing on the wall regarding American innovation, and how we canโt do this without each other, etc (also people eating for some reason lol). They even played a clip of Ohtani to please Japanese audience members. (5/9)
In end of the hall there was a guy on a small stage that asked where people were from, etc. Then he introduced us to โSparkโ which was a star mascot looking thing. Spark was supposed to represent possiblties and togetherness and..singing? She sang the whole time after being introduced. (4/9)
Once in, There was a winding hall with pictures of the current administrationโs members. There was also a super short clip of ๐ ๐คก himself, but didnโt hear what he had to say. (3/9)
The U.S. pavilion was extremely popular. There were 2 lines. One was for English speakers and one massive line for everyone else. You were required to speak to the staff, for the English line and staff would kick you to the other line, someone in your group spoke English in your group. (2/9)
