How do people expect him to know the truth? He has never set foot in a grocery store, has never pumped his own gas, and has surrounded himself with people who are scared of disagreeing with him.
From the beautiful province of British Columbia, in the great country (NOT STATE) of Canada! Ready to listen to the views of others, although replies may be snarky. Always willing to share some of the beauty of this world with others.

In all fairness, it does sound like he has smelled like death for many years.

That's because Biden never got, nor ever expected to get, a free pass from the press. The press is so scared about being excluded from anything by Trump that they are not reporting anything in the least critical of him. So what is the role of the press then?
Douglas (@dglancaster.bsky.social)
But Biden's too old!! Coming for the cheeto dusted slug, that was always so rich.

Profit is a fantastic motivator. That was what drove Wakefield to make his initial claims. And now, 30 years later, we are seeing the results of the damage he has done in the massive spike in measles cases.

It's like the circular reasoning that they use to connect vaccinations to autism. When you look at their sources, they all point back to one discredited article.

In other words, Johnson's response is "Please don't baffle me with facts." It's a good thing Trump walks so slow. He kisses Trump's ass so much, if Trump stopped fast, Johnson would break his nose.
Douglas (@dglancaster.bsky.social) reply parent
That's his whole purpose in life - to enrich himself and those who can do him favors, at the expense of everyone else. In 10 years, you will be hard-pressed to find anyone who will admit voting for Trump. They will all be too ashamed at being played by a narcissistic billionaire.
Douglas (@dglancaster.bsky.social) reply parent
Trump won't be alive then. What I want to see are investigations into the whole Trump / Kushner empire.
Douglas (@dglancaster.bsky.social) reply parent
He is such a petty, little man. I don't think I have seen such tantrums since my own children were three. What does removing Harris' protection gain? The only purpose in any of his actions is to punish anyone who he thinks may have slighted him.
Douglas (@dglancaster.bsky.social) reply parent
Love grizzlies in the wild! I used to do a lot of salmon fishing in northern British Columbia. We didn't mind the black bears too much - they were just eating the pink salmon, but as soon as we saw a grizzly, we would typically head in the opposite direction!
Douglas (@dglancaster.bsky.social) reply parent
Preventable if you know the signs??? Seriously? From 2009-2018, the US had 288 school shootings. The next highest was Mexico with 8. Canada had 2 in the same time. Never mind looking for signs. Maybe it's time to investigate why it happens in the US. worldpopulationreview.com/country-rank...

The cognitive dissonance must be deafening with these people. They will state that J6 was staged, and/or Antifa, and/or never happened. But then claim that someone who was shot and killed during J6 is a hero.

My question is, how much did Kimberly-Clark make on the sales of the contaminated gowns? If they made more than $40 million, then this isn't a fine, it's a retroactive license fee.
Douglas (@dglancaster.bsky.social) reply parent
You would think someone in charge of national security would, at the very least, have an understanding of the potential damage releasing a bunch of names on social media could have. And then to openly admit that it was on order from the president. This whole administration is a joke.

When we travel, I usually leave my camera and multiple lenses at home. We only use carry-on luggage, and my kit would fill up one bag. Cell phone cameras have come a long way, but there are many, many times each trip where I do wish I had my camera. There really is no replacement for good glass!

And in Alberta, Canada, the government has decided to charge for the vaccine. It even told people to travel to British Columbia if they want one. Luckily, my province has lots available. I can see a new line of vacation possibilities - come explore beautiful British Columbia, and get vaccinated!

I remember many years ago, I attended a great talk on why Novell failed, and Windows succeeded. Essentially, Netware, which was superior to NT in every regard, was advertised in tech journals. NT was advertised in finance journals. Those ads were seen by the c-level who made the decisions.

Not too many years ago, the buzzword was "block chain". Everything was going to be on a block chain of some sort. Many vendors tried to sell us on the idea of electronic medical records on block chain. Just like A.I., the end result of all this was diddly/squat.

It's all good. I mean, it's not like there is anything like climate change that could increase reliance on air conditioning. If something like this were to be happening, I'm sure the federal government would let the people know.

Douglas (@dglancaster.bsky.social) reply parent
The government will justify it, and the press will comply with the government requests to not release anything with a contrary viewpoint. Think about it - how many hundreds of cell phones were at the Trump rally? How many were recording the moment of his "assassination attempt"?
