Maintenance is critical to everything. There is too much building, roads, bridges, houses, etc. where we pay to build it and then it becomes a burden to maintain...so we don't. Hoping they include that long term maintenance on this.

I weigh myself once a week and sometimes I lose weight and sometimes I gain. What I don't do is get overly excited when I lose, or dejected when I gain. It's a journey and there are going to be ups and downs. I want to encourage anyone that's also on this journey to stick to it, results will come.
Another goal was also to lose 80 pounds from my starting weight of 252 pounds. I hit that in 2017 and have been hovering around that ever since. I have lost 568 pounds in that time. I have also gained 488 pounds.⬇️
On May 2, 2014, I stepped out my back door and went for a walk. 11 years later, I'm still doing It. I started doing it to lose weight and get healthier. My goal was to do it 5 days a week and I haven't quite achieved that. Over the 11 years, I'm averaging 4 1/2 days a week, and I'm OK with that.⬇️
