If the Epstein victims press conference is Wednesday, as you say, then his Tuesday announcement won't be the direct diversion I surmised. But it is still likely to be outrageous. An attack on Chicago or Venezuela are at the top of the list of possible outrages.

One obvious thing wrong with this conspiracy theory: Why the hell would Putin want to get rid of Trump? Having a Russian asset in the White House has been Putin's greatest achievement. Trump is working to have Ukraine surrender on Putin's terms, and working to destroy NATO, both Russian goals.
