Definitely agree. I assume this relates to the raw milk lawsuit in FLA. Some people think the consumer is to blame,which may be true. But they're looking at it the wrong way. Lawsuits can serve to put an end to these blatantly risky products being marketed as safe.
She is definitely culpable. But so is the dairy. Lawsuits like this are a way to potentially put an end to this foolishness. If they marketed their product as safe when it wasn't, they have liability here. She is still a looney-toon for falling for it.
