I interviewed with Crystal Graham of Augusta Free Press in Waynesboro, Virginia. We spoke about many road safety issues and my daughter Robyn's tragic death. Augusta and Waynesboro's bicycle & pedestrian infrastructure, is poor at best. Like so may cities, the priority is given to motor vehicles.

The Trump Administration's Division of Homeland Security moves to bar states and nonprofits, such as Red Cross, from helping undocumented immigrants after disasters. Which would add to his denying FEMA aid to blue states and even red ones if he is unhappy with them. Trump's cruelty knows no end!

Donald Trump is against most clean energy, including solar & wind. He prefers dirty power generation such as coal, gas & oil. One of Trump's arguments against wind power generation is the death of birds Cats are the #1 killer, followed by building glass. Maybe he should tear down his buildings!

So much unwinding will need to be done after Donald Trump is gone! His actions with the White House, gold embellishments, tearing up thr rose garden, adding a ballroom, wanting to "improve" the Washington D.C. neighborhood where he lives and more, are all signs he has no plans on leaving.
Falling off an exercise bike in the gym can be quite dangerous! And, one should be prepared for an unexpected flood. One can never be too cautious!

"The number of birds killed by wind turbines pales in comparison to those killed by fossil fuel operations, skyscrapers, power lines and domestic cats, according to federal data." Clean energy in Donald Trump's mind is bad, while fossil fuels are good. This isn't about birds, it is about him!

It is interesting that Stephen Miller was chosen as the poster child, rather than Kristi Noem who is the Secretary of the Department of Homeland Security. Miller has consistently targeted people of color, immigrants, women and LGBTQ+ Americans. He supports white male leadership in government.
The word "homeland" has historical ties to Nazi Germany, where the term Heimat (home or homeland) was used in propaganda and politics.

The Waymo autonomous vehicles use a range of sensors including audio, cameras, lidar and radar. These are coupled with high definition maps, advanced AI and machine learning models. Tesla vehicles utilize a camera-centric system, ultrasonic sensors and neural networks. Waymo is vastly better!
I have a lot more confidence in Waymo autonomous vehicles than the ones made by Tesla. For a time the Waymo's will have a human driver in them.
