Can you cite any evidence to the contrary. What machinations could have given him an inaccurate winning vote count? I know that voter suppression and disinformation contributed to his wins, but I haven’t heard of any evidence that the vote counts were wrong.

We need a wall between government and business. Businesses do their business. Government makes them behave in a way that benefits or at least doesn’t exploit citizens or the environment. No campaign money from business. Limited personal contributions. Dump super pacs.
The rich and powerful don’t care much for the Constitution unless they can manipulate parts of it to gain more power. They misused the 14th amendment to win Citizens United, but don’t like it so much for reproductive rights, marriage equality, or birthright citizenship.
Currently, conservatism means moving all power and wealth away from the people and to the oligarchs. The progressive programs you detail empower the general populace which counters conservative goals.
The ultimate goal is to move power from the people to the oligarchy. They make the people complicit by corrupting their perception of reality. The public perception that democracy and education are desirable must be reversed.
Less than half of those participating. I agree, we have a framework for democracy. Misinformation fueled by big money has brainwashed the poorly educated masses into voting against it. So, there’s the challenge. Change their minds, or hope bad experiences enlighten them. Make truth great again.
A functioning democracy by definition is an impediment to oligarchy. These nominees’ only function is to cede decision making to Trump whose decisions are easily manipulated by oligarchs like Putin and Musk. So, for the people we’ve allowed to rule the world, they’re perfect.
