I agree but it is a complicated process. too many rely only on test score data. Curriculum needs to address all kids not a cookie cutter model that fails. Covid kept kids isolated -set back communication skills. Models that individualize & use cooperative learning need to be pushed

Most books on banned book list are must reads unless you never want to have information and equity. Knowledge eliminates ignorance and enhances education. Books foster imagination, educate people & can reduce implicit biases. Many who ban books would rather live in a bubble than support diversity.
