I got over 3 feet of water in my basement. A duplex and there’s 2 of everything, furnaces, water heaters, washers, dryers. I’m the owner and responsible for everything. My upstairs renter lost his car that was parked in the driveway. I wasn’t home when it happened so my car wasn’t damaged.
