I have a narrative but it was funny. I was washing up the yard. I saw something in Amelia’s enclosure. She began running away from the water I told her not to worry I was not going to spray her. I said don’t be a chicken. Bri said what do you want them to be?
I made cheese enchiladas with green sauce, Bri asked for them. (It was a lot of work). By the time he got home they were in the oven. I will post later with them on our plate for dinner with a steak. I tasted some, not bad. 😊

Sunday dinner,we normally sous vide our Pork Loin, tonight a little rub and in the smoker. Bri wanted to try it. I warmed Costco Potato Au Gratin, some frozen asparagus cut into bite size pieces steamed, some applesauce, sugar & Cinnamon on mine.It was perfect smoked. 🍽️ yum Bri fell asleep now😴

Had a small piece of burger in freezer left from burgers the other night.Made a couple balls of burger.Sliced onions , Bri had Swiss cheese, smashed them on Flat Iron grill.Each had 3 wings,few potatoes, cheesed up Mac & Cheese,I had Cole slaw,Bri got a bun.Bri enjoyed this dinner,he ate all,filling

That looks like a regal old hotel. When living in Maine went over Pinkham notch to the Balsams Resort. I think it is closed, great old hotel beautiful furnishings and ice statures in the restaurant. What a great place. Glad we got to visit it. We did not stay there. 😁
