No, he can't. A US President has no role in running elections under The Constitution. That is a State function. (Can a State itself go too far? Yes, see Colorado's attempt to keep an insurrectionist off their ballot after a due process hearing.) But he'll try to get States to adopt his preferences.

I too celebrate this result of the Grand Jury's review of the facts here. I do note that this is in line with the oath Grand Jurors take to review the evidence and apply it to the law. Jury Nullification is a separate concept at trial to refuse to convict despite knowing guilt was clear.⚖️
