Tough to know how I feel about this. As a teacher I absolutely noticed a significant difference in maturity between a 16 year old and an 18 yr old but does that mean a 16 yr old does not have the maturity or knowledge to vote? That I can’t say. And really, are 18+ making such great choices?

To which you will get posts saying too bad they were illegal. Ultimately, the failure is in the immigration system which cannot meet the legitimate needs of employers which encourages them to hire illegal workers. This, in turn encourages illegal immigrants to come to the US for those jobs.

All true, but also true for hockey except for the heat of course but there is a lot of physical banging in hockey to consider. Yes, the field is large for say 10/10 as a compromise, but with the extra room there would be more space/time for skilled plays resulting in a, relatively, quick end.
Thanks I understand. As a Cdn tinkering with tradition in hockey was taboo as well but it was decided that shootouts were a turnoff for fans so they went to 4/4 in overtime. Partly bc of the concern for the demands of extended overtime’s. Now most games end with a hockey play. Just a thought.
