Again, Germany only became a real country in 1880 that was ruled by a King, after WW1 it was a shaky Democracy during an economic crisis, and then Hitler came in. We essentially created the modern democratic Germany after WW2 by soft force.
Also for the past 200 years Hungary was mostly under the rule of an emperor, Nazis and then a Communist Dictatorship. They had a short experience with a weak Democracy that didn’t live up to the hype, as did Russia.
Which is why it likely won’t last.
Fortunately, as an engineering matter, it’s not possible to add any more faces to Mt. Rushmore.
