Not really, tbh: trans people just have very few allies. Some of the least Islamophobic parties in Europe are also transphobic (Your Party, DENK, etc.).
Next time lockdowns are considered, the science of “what happens if people are isolated for X months?” needs to be considered in tandem with any potential slowing of the spread of disease.
A non-trivial number of sociopaths online (including the powerful): DOGE crazies, internet-poisoned billionaires) probably would not exist had things not played out the way they did. There’s a case to be made that the isolation tipped Putin over the edge.

You should. Both the lockdowns’ length and their orientation (relative to other countries, these were longer for child-friendly spaces vs adult ones) led to poor socialisation, which is a significant factor in contemporary political problems and will remain so for decades.

The industrial policy in this country has historically been dire. Infrastructure is crumbling, and we almost lost the ability to produce new steel until politicians changed course. You can’t just dismiss this as Gender.
The pursuit may be wrong, but the ambition is sensible. There are all sorts of nasty second-order effects to having a small manufacturing base.

Starmer is horrid in general terms, but I'm a little surprised by how many of you are going to the mat on this one. The industry is predatory (those renting accounts aren't even seeing all of whatever they make while delivering) & the growth of a servant underclass is usually quite bad for society.
The gig economy's never really provided good employment, but new levels of exploitation enabled through account sharing and legal loopholes have actually made the situation worse. Your argument holds up for sectors like care work, construction etc, but I would not mourn a recession in uber eats.
