Britain isn't broken - it was broken and in many places including the NHS it is starting to be fixed. But people are hearing Britain is broken from the likes of Farage in order for him to spread his hatred of anybody who isn't white. People are being manipulated by Reform and Farage.

All public sector didn't have pay rises or very low ones for many years. Drs get payed far more than many other public sector workers. I had sympathy 1st set of strikes but now I see it as greed because we need the health service to get back up and running well. I think striking now is selfish.

I am afraid the public will not support another Drs strike. They did last time and the Drs were given a big pay increase. Many people in public sector doing really important jobs didn't get the same pay increase. Greed becomes ugly especially when people's lives are put at risk as a result of it.

Things that have gone well: Mending relationship with EU + re-establishing Britain on world stage and working together with EU to stop world war 3! Starting to rebuild NHS (strikes sorted, new staff employed etc); energy policy; free breakfast for children; House building restarted + many more!
There is a difference between using private companies to keep the health service afloat while the mess of 14 years of austerity on NHS is sorted to privatising the health service. Labour have made clear that the NHS will always be free at the point of use. So it will never privative the NHS.
