Even if we can't get at all the actual agents because of things like qualified immunity, we can absolutely go after all the bounty hunters and shit like that who they paid to go after these people, they have no such protections. Those people should be very afraid of the law eventually finding them.
Qualified Immunity is much like Trump immunity, it does not exist by law. A private who follows orders to break laws, is not protected anymore than an ICE agent. Ignorance of the laws, the Constitution is not a defense. Immunity does not protect their personal behavior.
It exists under law (even case law is by point of fact law), it's just often misconstrued, and a lot of the case law is (imo) bad. One way to break qualified immunity is deprivation of rights under color of law, which I would say all these guys are doing as we speak.

ICE is not law enforcement. It's criminals in masks, whenever it violates a court order. Whenever it tells a citizen, "You have no rights." Whenever it says "This is ALL our property." Whenever it refuses habeas corpus and due process.
Law enforcement SHOULD be *enforcing* court orders, not flagrantly disobeying them. Due Process, Habeas Corpus, all the legal rights in our Constitution that apply...that ICE agents will say to citizens "You have no rights" is proof, in addition to their behavior, that they are NOT law enforcing.
I wish people would stop saying things like 'this breaks the law' or 'violates court orders' as they would ever have the slightest intention to abide by any of those 'rules of society'. They've been made certain that none of that applies to them. They are ALLOWED to be completely lawless.
