Not so keen. My OU history degree only had in-person seminars about every 6 weeks. The 1900-1950 module tutor was a flag-shagging military history buff who was too lazy to prep for the topic but just monologued about eg the exact structure of the 1914 British Army.

In terms of other countries, the path is clear. On tariffs there isn't much point in retaliatory measures, Trump is set on that path, all about getting the best market access terms you can. In terms of regulatory or any other coercion, retaliation is essential and will happen.
