Well, it'll probably kill a lot of MAGA kids in the military. I take no pleasure in that. But if it were up to me, it wouldn't happen anyway. And the MAGA parents are just going to have to face the fact that they love what Trump gives them more than they love their kids. So it'll just happen.
Meh... I mean yeah, Babbitt's treachery to the Constitution is obvious. But the fact is much of our military has enthusiastically fought for oppression and white supremacy. Not all, but enough that maybe these "honors" are appropriate. Our military's record on defending real freedom is questionable.

Cheating a client, defrauding the court, etc. But there have been lawyers convicted of murder who never lost their license. A judge wouldn't matter since you don't need a license to be a judge. An AG could be disbarred by whatever state they are admitted to practice in, and that should also prohibit them from representing the government in court. But it's possible they could still serve as AG. Nobody knows for sure.
