Obviously not. So, if you are going to make an animal rights argument I’d be sympathetic to that. However, I’ve examined the issue and (1) it doesn’t convince me to forgo personal consumption of animal products entirely and (2) I certainly wouldn’t impose restrictions on others.

Yes, and to be certain I know and am friends with a few and not all of them are annoying! Also, I have had some great vegan food! On average though: it’s not very good. So I’ll consider anything, but it’s going to be hard to convince my *taste buds*
Severian (@fuliginously.bsky.social) reply parent
See what I mean about being annoying! Thank you for the example of how vegans are condescending, annoying jerks.
Severian (@fuliginously.bsky.social) reply parent
This is sort of overweening, condescending comment is exactly what I mean about vegans being annoying jerks. Thank you for the example! ♡
Severian (@fuliginously.bsky.social) reply parent
There is more good vegan food than there used to be. But most of it sucks. And always will, it’s just inherently handicapped. Is what it is. While the food will always be subpar, vegans themselves don’t have to be annoying though. That’s a choice.
Severian (@fuliginously.bsky.social) reply parent
No, but I can eat. I’ve had good vegan food. But most of it sucks.
