We really enjoy summer, but if we’re lucky, we get 2 months of it. I love fall, too, but summer can stay a BIT longer.
Anyway, I think I’m not uncommon in really looking forward to fall because summer is really my worst season, mental-health wise, and if you call anyone who anticipates it or its’ cultural harbingers like PSLs or Halloween decor with joy “basic” maybe you should not do that
