Beyond an eggnot at Christmas I don't drink anymore. I used to self medicate anxiety with it and drink more days than not. A few years ago I drank a few glasses of wine and had a three day hangover. Someone with more experience told me that's not uncommon after not drinking for awhile 🤷♀️
