Once again, Republican men in our lege are obsessed with the idea of "men in women's restrooms." They don't bother to ask women how we feel about it. Why? Because those men see women as weak and in need of their protection, basically as brainless property.

Don't believe any politician who tells you they offer prayers because their heart is broken after a mass shooting. If these shootings broke their hearts, they would take action to address gun violence. Shootings are just a minor inconvenience for them, taking time away from grift and butt-kissing.
These women were not just victims of Epstein. They were victimized Trump, Maxwell, the Republican party, and others. To only use Epstein's name suggests that their abuser is dead. The abuse continues, sanctioned by Mike Johnson and Republican reps who chose an early vacation over dealing with this.

I don't think anyone is saying that. The problem is that the only law enforcement in the Capital is state law enforcement. City cops have no authority there and cannot be assigned to the Capital. State law enforcement appears unwilling to go against the lege.

I have done that more than once. I run the thread through a few stitches behind, work the one stitch, and then run it behind a few more stitches, just like starting and ending a new color. I also spend the entire time telling myself how dumb it was to skip a stitch.

Everything I've read about them seems to indicate they are quite docile. I think I even read that some farms keep them. I would gladly spend my retirement caring for capybara. Or red pandas. Or foxes. I'm not picky.
