I think the point here is that many 2024 Trump voters are unhappy with their choice. Dems have an opportunity to “expand the tent” so to speak. That requires the difficult task of listening.

You have to do focus group testing. This is the stuff that Frank Luntz did to great effect for the GOP some 30 years ago. Berkeley professor George Lakoff wrote a book about framing called Don’t Think of an Elephant.
When it’s framed in a manner that loses elections and empowers an authoritarian.
There are ways to use a scientific approach to get good framing that could achieve results for all sides. My concern is dems aren’t disciplined enough to do that work and stick to the messaging.
