Since the Trump admin seems to make up perverted interpretations of law as they go along, and much of what they're doing is clearly (to everyone but 6 SCOTUS) unconstitutional, some creative lawyers should come up w a legal rationale for withholding tax payments when the govt is acting lawlessly.
There should be a coordinated way to withhold paying federal income taxes.
