Quite literally food for thought. I'm exhibiting at least half of the symptoms listed above. My only drawback is with no income other than EBT right now, some of the food choices are a bit expensive - but a transition to a healthier diet isn't a bad idea as best I can manage.

On top of my wife's passing in July, I lost my mom last week due to a long battle with a dementia-related disease. If anything positive came out of my wife's passing, it was to help me better prepare my dad and help him through his grief as a caregiver.
