Three cops & four masked ICE(?) agents pounded on my door yesterday. I asked what they wanted. They said my home alarm went off. I asked why ICE was there. Told they were supporting the police. My experience with grand juries is there always are some smart, perceptive people serving. Even had he been indicted, a regular jury still can acquit even if all elements of the crime are proven BRD. Itās called jury nullification; when jurors believe the charges shouldnāt have been filed.

IMO, the claim the article is incorrect. The states fear of a standing federal army is accurate. But the power to use the NG to enforce federal laws specifically is authorized in the Constitution: Art 1, Sec 8.
